I am a self-published author of fiction and non-fiction.

My first short novel, The One That Was Lost, is now available in print and e-book formats from Amazon, and elsewhere online. It is set in and around my former home suburb, West Brunswick, in Melbourne, Australia.

I work as a clinical psychologist. I am keen to encourage colleagues with their own professional and personal development and self-care. My second book, The Disenchanted Therapist: Spot, navigate, and overcome the common challenges of working as a therapist (2023), was born during the COVID-19 lockdowns. It is available in print and e-book formats from Amazon, and elsewhere online.

I have a longstanding interest in the relationship of values, meaning, existential questions, spirituality, and religious belief and practice to mental health and flourishing. My first book was The Life of Love: An Invitation – Fifty-two Reflections on Emotional and Spiritual Healing (2014). It is available in print and e-book formats from Amazon, the publisher, and elsewhere online.
